Our Precise Hiring Process

We partner closely with Series A and B startups backed by tier-one funds that are serious about building out their SDR function the right way. Often, these teams have one or two strong producers in place and are ready to scale with three to five exceptional hires, and we treat that build-out as an extension of their internal team.

We stay embedded in Slack channels, visit in person, and get to know your leadership and reps firsthand so that every introduction feels intentional, delivering three to four highly qualified candidates to make one confident hire.
