Above all else, TopSDRs has a commitment to building candidate relationships. Many of the people we have placed have been individuals we have known for months if not years. Our aim is to build a strong relationship with every candidate we work with. We will sit down with you, talk through what you are looking for in your next position, and only put opportunities in front of you that we think align with those goals.

For Companies
TopSDRs partners with a handful of companies each month to help them hire hyper talented early career professionals into SDR/BDR positions. The candidates we work with have track records of grit, intelligence, high EQ, and an insatiable curiosity.
We only work with a few companies every month because we want each search to be hyper-personalized. We will come meet with you in person, interview your team, intro you to a select number (3-5) of candidates, connect with you after every interview to get feedback, and convey candidate commentary so you know exactly where things stand.

Our Team

Andrew Wilkins
Founder
Andrew graduated from Harvard in 2019 with a bachelors degree in History and a minor in economics. After graduation, he spent nearly three years working for Barclays in NYC before quitting to become an SDR at a series A startup. As an SDR, Andrew learned invaluable life lessons including how to cold call, how to pitch, and how to persevere in the face of near constant rejection. After a year as an SDR, Andrew was presented with an opportunity to be the first employee at a startup founded by the co-founder of Flexport. It was at that company that he learned how to build successful sales teams, hiring and managing a team of over 10 people. Today, Andrew runs TopSDRs and is completely dedicated to the mission of getting more smart, high caliber people into sales roles at the world's best companies.

Chris Wilkins
Advisor
Chris graduated from Cornell University in 2020 and has built his early-career in fintech/payments at Visa. Throughout his 4.5 years there, he has spent the majority of his time in client facing roles working with early-stage companies. This has not only honed his ability to identify high-caliber venture-backed startups, but has also given him a strong sense of what it takes to be a high-performing seller. Chris shares in Andrew's vision of building the world's strongest network of early-career sales talent and genuinely enjoys the process of building relationships with top-tier sellers and businesses.
